Club membership is required to play in any BUCS matches.  Members playing in BUCS matches also have to purchase an additional playing fee. This is available to purchase on our Sports Union page.

Members are also required to purchase a university gym membership from Sports and Exercise. This not only allows members access to the excellent gym facilities, including swimming and classes but means the club can use the facilities at Peffermill for training.   

Playerlayer supplies our club kit. All members playing in matches are required to purchase a polo shirt and/or midlayer. 

In order to play in a BUCS regulation match members have to register as a team member on the BUCS play app.  Register with your university email, and sign up for both the Edinburgh Ladies rugby clubs, 1XV and 2XV so you are free to play for both.

It's important that all players sign up to SCRUMS so that Scottish rugby is able to track participation and help manage the safety and welfare of all those involved, including insurance coverage. If you already have a SCRUMS registration double-check that it is set up to show that you are a part of Edinburgh University (either dual registrations or transferred)

For our away games, we use student discounted for students. These are required for traveling 1xv team players. Student cards are available on the Trainline website.
