Louise started working with EULRFC last season, coaching the 2XV. 


At the age of 15 she started playing for Hawick ladies and then went on to play for Melrose between 1999-2003. In 2004 Louise started playing for RHC Cougars until the end of last season where she took the decision to hang up her boots and stop playing Rugby. She has achieved 64 caps for Scotland at 15's and also represented Scotland for 7's.


Coaching at Edinburgh University is her first official coaching role. She has UKCC level 2 and is in the Female Coach mentor programme being run by Scottish rugby. Having had such success as a coach at the University Louise is now coaching the Scotland U18 7's girls this year.

Louise has competed in 2 Women's Rugby World Cups, including playing against the Black Ferns.
